Program Rules:

1.  Your subscription order must be confirmed in order for the referrer to receive the thank you craft kit subscription month.
2.  All fields must be filled out in their entirety.
3.  An e-mail will be sent to the referrer to verify free month subscription address.
4.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of free month crafts.
5.  Program begins starting with orders on 5/1/05.
