   KraftyKid.com's craft of the month clubs save you time because:
   
   * You no longer have to plan your craft activities.  Once a month you receive up to 6 crafts complete with materials and instructions.  Planning craft activities can take hours to research, write instructions, and printing them out.
   
   * You no longer have to go to the store to buy your crafts.  They are delivered direct to your door every month (or as long as you choose).  You save the time it takes to go to and from one store (maybe more stores if you can't find the items you need), the time shopping for your items, the hassle of standing in line to pay for your purchase, and loading the items into your car.
   
   * You no longer have to search for the two wiggly eyes that you purchased last month for this craft.  No need to sort though mountains of "extra" craft supplies that take up way too much space.  We package all of the materials in one bag for ease and convenience.

   Second, we're an honest company. There are no tricks in what we do.   Your low monthly subscription rates will never increase! (the only exceptions would be if the price of postage has increases, or if you took advantage of a limited-time, special price).

Address Changes

1. My address has changed.  How can I get my subscription forwarded?
   Fill out a change of address form located here.

Monthly Subscription Questions

1. When will my first craft of the month order be shipped?
   Your first kits will arrive within 2-4 weeks of your order date. 
2. One of my kits came damaged.  How can I get a replacement?
   Simply fill out a customer service form and we will get your replacement out immediately.
3. I got an extra craft in my subscription this month.  Why?
   Occasionally we will send an extra craft to you at no charge.  We sometimes like to send extra crafts or stickers as a thank you for being an awesome customer!
4. Can I cancel my subscription?
   Yes, you can cancel at anytime.  Customer service is our top priority and we would appreciate knowing how we can better serve you.  Please send us an e-mail with your name and address and we will make sure your account is cancelled.  If your account is prepaid, then we will issue a refund for the remaining months on your account.

Reward Program Questions

1. Do you have any reward programs?
   Yes, we have a thank you program outlined here.  This is where we give you free craft kits when your friend orders a craft of the month subscription.

Privacy Questions

1. Will any of my information be shared?
   No.  We respect your privacy and will not share your information with anyone.

Out of Stock

1. If you place an order that contains an out-of-stock item, it is our policy to go ahead and ship the in-stocks items immediately. We will then ship the back-ordered items as soon as they arrive in our store.  If the out-of stock item is discontinued, then we will e-mail you with other options.

2. We have never had a subscription item run out of stock; however, should the item be unacceptable for shipment, we will replace it with a craft of equivalent quality.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat shipping and handling rate of $5.95 per US order and $7.95 per Canadian order.  An order is defined as a purchase that is charged via your credit card, Paypal, or via mail.  Craft subscriptions that are billed monthly are considered as orders every month.  Craft subscriptions that are prepaid are considered 1 order and shipping is charged only once at the checkout.

Returns

Fun and Easy Crafts Co. offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price minus a $5.00 restocking fee  providing the items are still sealed in their package. To receive a refund, you must include your name, address, and phone number along with the original receipt.

Defective items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Please include a note explaining why the item is defective and include your name, address, and phone number along with the original receipt.

Please utilize a package tracking service and/or insure your parcel when sending items back as we can not refund items that we do not receive. Mail defectives or returns to:

Making Special Requests

Generally we can accommodate special requests.  When placing your order please specify additional information  such as:
     - no holiday crafts (please list this if you do not want any holiday crafts)
     - specific holiday crafts (please list the holidays you want.  We will not send any other holiday crafts).
     - no religious crafts (please list this if you do not want any Jesus, Christian, or affiliated crafts included in your premium or surprise craft subscriptions).

Religious Craft Questions

There are two craft clubs that provide the option to get religious crafts.  They are: Premium and Bible Craft of the month.  Religious crafts include any Jesus or biblical craft.

Holiday Craft Questions

All subscriptions included holiday crafts.  Holiday crafts include Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, 4th of July,  Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

If you do not want holiday crafts included in your subscription  Please specify this under the Additional information box which is provided when you place the item in your cart.  You may also specify no holiday crafts except....(here you will list the holiday crafts that you want).

Payment Types

We accept Discover Card, Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal payments via our website.  If you would like to pay by check or money order, you can do this by clicking here.  Our Paypal payment method  will also accept other credit card payments as well as electronic checks.
