Supplies:

• Kraftykid Gingerbread snowman card template
• Kraftykid gingerbread font template
• Glitter (if desired)

Instructions:

1. Print the Kraftykid Gingerbread snowman card template.
2. Fold the four quarter card into a card, by folding vertically and then horizontally.
3. Print theKraftykid gingerbread font template.
4. Use to write a saying with the gingerbread fonts by cutting and pasting letters.

Note:  This could take a while so you might just want to have them use the letters to sign their names on the back of the card.

 Notecards from Children’s Drawings Make Great Gifts

These are fun gifts for your children to make to bring home for the parents or to give as gifts.  My children have made and brought these home different times of the year and I LOVE receiving them..  Have the children draw pictures inside of the frame throughout the month when you have some free time. At the end of the month have them fold the drawings into cards, wrap with cellophane paper,  and tie with a decorative ribbon.  They will be so proud!

Materials:

• child artist notecard template
• Pens, crayons, markers, ect. to decorate

Instructions:

1. Print out the child artist notecard template.
2. Fold the pictures into notecards by folding in half horizontally and then folding again vertically to form a quarter-folded card with the picture frame along the front.
3. Color pictures with crayons, markers or paints inside of the frame and collect at least 8.
4. Wrap with clear cellophane and tie with a ribbon.
5. Add artist information along the back.  Have your children write their name and the date.  Include a thumbprint if desired.
6. Have children give them away as gifts.

Here’s a simple card to make for Easter or to celebrate the arrival of Spring.  It will teach your child how to count all the way to fourteen as they paste their fourteen carrots.  It’s also a good way to explain how the same shape can be used in different ways and sizes to create a picture.  Maybe they can create their own design using just circles or triangles.

Materials:

• 8 x 11 piece of construction paper for the card
• Kraftykid’s Fourteen carrot bunny card template
• 2 googley eyes
• Cotton ball
• Pink chalk
• Scissors
• Glue
• Black crayon or marker

Inside of Card

Directions:

1. Fold the construction paper in half lengthwise for the card.  Cut the open sides using decorated scissors, if desired.
2. Print the Kraftykid Fourteen carrot bunny card template.
3. Cut out all of the pieces on the template, set aside.
4. Paste the hearts together to look like the sample.
5. With your pink chalk, color the tail and the bunny cheeks.
6. Glue the googley eyes to the bunny face.
7. Draw a mouth, whiskers and outline the pink ears.
8. On the inside of the card, paste the verse and glue the fourteen carrots.
9. Sign with your child’s name.

Materials:

• Free, downloadable St Paddy’s Day clover leaf template
• Holepuncher
• Brad or paper fastener
• Fine tip marker for printing

Instructions:

1. Print the free, downloadable St Paddy’s Day clover leaf template
2. Cut the four clover leaves.
3. Punch a small hole ½ inch from the point of each clover leaf.
4. Overlap the leaves and line up the holes.
5. Push a two-pronged brass fastener through the holes and spread the prongs.
6. On each shamrock, write a verse.

Materials:

• Lollipops
• Free, downloadable Kraftykid 4 leaf clover craft template
• Paper
• Scissors

Instructions

1. Print the  Kraftykid 4 leaf clover craft template.
2. Cut two shamrocks and paste them together.
3. Cut the slit.
4. Insert lollipop into the slit.
5. Write the child’s name on the stem.
6. Hand them out and watch the fun!

Instructions:

1. Print the Kraftykid’s karate  shirt card template.
2. Cut out the shirt.
3. Make a small slit with scissors at the dotted line of the shirt.
4. Cut out the sleeve and fold it in half.
5. Fold the card and insert the sleeve inside the slit so that each side of the card has a sleeve sticking out.
6. Glue the side opening shut.
7. Write your What, Where, and When information on the back of the card.

This is such an adorable card and craft to make for Father’s Day. It’s fun to decorate any way you like. • A piece of card stock or heavy construction paper
• Colored construction paper (for the tie)
• Scissors
• Markers or crayons
• Glue

Instructions:

1. Print the Kraftykid Father’s Day Dress Shirt Craft template.
2. Fold the page at the fold line so that the points of the two triangles face the bottom of the page.
3. Print the Kraftykid Fathers Day Dress Shirt Card Accessories (pocket, buttons, tie, hankerchief).
4. Cut out the three buttons and and glue to the right side of the vertical line.
5. Cut out the tie and glue or staple the top of the card to the fold line. The rest of the tie should be free to move. You only need to secure the top of the tie because you will be writing a message on the back of the tie.
6. Fold down the collar flaps and glue them down.
7. Cut the two small buttons from the template and glue on each collar flap.
8. Write Happy Father’s Day on the front of the tie and your special message on the back of the tie.
9. For the pocket, cut out the small rectangle and triangle from the template.)
10. Glue three sides of the pocket leaving the top open and paste onto the shirt.
11. Slip the triangle into the pocket so the tip shows. You can write another message to dad if you’d like. Does your Dad wear shirts with his initials on it? You can put his initials on the shirt so he has his own monogrammed dress shirt card make just by you.
