Using the glue, draw a wavy design on a paper towel.

Cut off any excess yarn.

Empty TP Rolls Make Cute Caterpillar Craft
Supplies:

Paper towel roll or toilet paper roll
Construction paper or left over wrapping paper
Cotton balls or pom-pom balls
Pipe cleaners
Glue
Scissors

Cut a strip of paper about 1″ wide.
