Decoupage Picture Frame
Here's a fun craft for the kids!  It's also great if you'd like your frame to coordinate with your room colors!
 

Supplies:

- Decoupage Glue
- Paint Brush
- Paper, Tissue paper, or  Decopatch paper
- Scissors
- Frame

Instructions:

1. Tear paper into small pieces - you will get less wrinkling this way..

2. Cover the back of each piece of paper with decoupage glue.

3. Place the paper on the Frame.  Be sure that you remove the glass first so that you don't get glue on it.

4. Apply decoupage glue to the front of the paper.

5. Repeat 2-4 until the phone is covered to your liking.
