Soap on a Rope – fun, easy, and a great gift!

Supplies:

• 3 bars of soap
• Cheese grater
• Bowl
• water
• wax paper
• cookie cutters (optional)
• food coloring (also optional)
• long piece of rope

Instructions:

1. Grate the soap bars into the bowl.
2. Add warm water slowly until mix is somewhat thick.
3. Add a few drops of food coloring to make desired color.
4. Mix everything together and let sit.
5. Place a sheet of wax paper on a flat surface (used  so mixture doesn't get stuck to the table).
6. Form the soap mixture into a ball around the rope.
7. Form the soap into a shape if desired.  You can use a cookie cutter to create a shape.
8. Let sit 1-3 days completely dry.
9. Give to dad!
