Supplies:
1 - Paper plate (you need 1/8th plate for each flower)
1 - Straw
Markers, Glitter, Stickers, Pencil, Scissors,  Tape

 Instructions:
1.  Cut each plate into 8ths (one for each flower)
2.  For each piece of plate cut the edge as shown in example below
3.  Twist the end of each piece of plate as shown in the example below
4.  Insert the twisted end into the straw and tape it
5.  Paint/decorate the flowers
