| Our Goal: The advisory board exists to help improve
our craft clubs for our customers by giving us specific feedback on new
ideas, current and future offerings, and more. It is made up of
current craft of the month subscribers - some that have been around for 3
years! The current board consists of 5 members:
Tracie
Rollins (Arizona) is the founder of Fun and Easy Crafts, LLC. She holds a
Bachelor’s of Science in Industrial Engineering and Masters of Business
Administration. After graduating college, she worked for a major
semiconductor company in various positions ranging from Engineering to Project
Manager to Instructional Designer. She lives in Arizona with her husband and two sons. She has been
helping organizations create training materials using crafts as hands on
activities, as well coordinating craft activities in local businesses, churches,
and schools. In her spare time she likes to scrapbook (digitally),
read, and play with her boys.
Gwen
Apger (Michigan) has been a customer of KraftyKid for three years
(since we started selling online!!!!). She is a veteran of the US
Air Force of eight years, and has two degrees - in Business
Administration and Personal Computers. She found her true passion in life
when she became a Stay At Home Mom. She is happily married (10
years!) and has two sons - one of which she homeschools. She enjoy
doing crafts of every type and currently learning to loom knit. She
has shared her love of crafting with her two boys from a very young age.
Melissa

She is a stay at home mother of a young son. She loves to share time
with her son and spark his creativity.

months. She has a Bachelor's in Corrections. After the birth of
her children, she quit her job in corrections to work in a Montessori
school. She worked there for three years
as an Assistant Teacher and was also the After School Coordinator. Each day
it was her responsibility to plan and complete an art project for up to
approximately 30 kids. She made the decision to become a stay at home mom
to two wonderful girls in January of 2005. She currently does daycare
in her home which includes doing art projects each day with the kids.
Wendy says: " I am thrilled to have found
KraftyKid. I thoroughly enjoy the crafts that I have received and my
children love them. They were so excited to get the package in the mail
just as much as I was. I look forward to being on the advisory board and
being able to see and try out the new projects."
